What You Get

Interstates utilizes a steam trap management tool that is placed on each trap that is audited. This tool detects the vibration and steam pressure temperature of the trap and compares it to the specifications of the trap to determine its current operating condition. It then stores all of the information in a database which is used to generate a comprehensive report for turnover after the audit is complete.

The Process

1). Contact

Visit our website and submit a contact form.

2.) Tag

Tagging of traps, and identifying them by location, application, and manufacturer/model number.

3.) Test

Testing of traps to identify them as OK, leaking, blow through (failed open), or failed close.

4.) Report

Report consisting of all of the above information, showing energy loss for failed traps, and suggested next steps.
