Interstates successfully delivered a fast-paced electrical project at California Dairies, Inc.’s new Bakersfield milk bottling facility, Valley Natural Beverages. Despite delayed equipment, tight deadlines, and complex regulations, the team provided power distribution, site lighting, low-voltage systems, and process wiring to support CDI’s entry into the shelf-stable milk market. Innovative solutions such as temporary gear, workforce flexibility, and advanced modeling tools helped avoid rework and keep commissioning on track. Through close collaboration with Big-D Construction, trade partners, and regulatory experts, the facility produced its first product in December 2024—just eight months after site work began.
