Hear From Past Interns

I enjoyed the internship! I learned new things and got to install and use new tools everyday. I liked the people and everyone on the job site.

Diego Lopez, Craft Intern

My internship has been one of the most impactful experiences of my career so far. What stood out most to me was how much the company invests in helping people grow, especially early in their careers. I also really enjoyed the team environment. Everyone was approachable and willing to help, no matter their role or department. It made it easy to ask questions and keep learning every day.

Keagan Fleming, Manufacturing Intern

My coworkers definitely helped make my experience smooth because there were a lot of things I didn't understand before I started my internship. My coworkers helped to show the right and wrong ways to go about our tasks.

Maden Kellenberger, Production Tech Intern

One of the biggest things that stood out to me during my internship was the team. Even though I was new, everyone made me feel welcome, supported, and comfortable asking questions. As an HR intern, I got to see how varied the day-to-day work could be and how important teamwork was in creating a positive environment.

Marisa Lancaster, Human Resources Intern

This internship prepared me for future endeavors by providing me with excellent hands-on work experience. It helped me learn what I am truly interested in and what I would like to continue to explore in my future career.

Gavin Wolf, Project Management Intern

What stood out most about my internship at Interstates is the trust and responsibility I was given from the beginning. I was able to contribute to real projects that impacted customers while working alongside other experienced engineers and VDC designers/techs. The collaborative culture and willingness of everyone to answer questions and wanting to teach and help me out is what made it a great environment to learn in.
