Calibrating Your Device
When calibrating a device, Interstates will check each device against the standard and make adjustments as needed. For devices that do not require calibration or that cannot easily be field calibrated, Interstates will verify that the device is in good working condition. For either calibration or verification, Interstates provides documentation for your recording needs. Calibration alone is not enough. You need to have the right paperwork at the right time and be confident that you are following the right systems.

EQUIPMENT
Interstates technicians are equipped with pressure and temperature calibration equipment for standard calibrations. We also can provide various calibration gases and adapters for fixed gas detection units. Our partnership with a major instrument manufacturer gives us the ability to perform flowmeter calibrations with a portable flow rig calibration unit.
VALUE ADD SERVICES
In addition to calibration, we can remove and reintall the devices in the process, saving your maintenance team time and effort. We can also follow up each calibration with a loop check from the device back to the control system to ensure proper communication with the control system.
