Interstates provided design, engineering, programming, and startup services at a new flour mill for Harinas Elizondo. Built at an incredibly fast pace, the facility has automation everywhere - from receiving rail cars to packaging machines. Having a good plan in place was key, from engineering to programming, resulting in a successful startup.

Key Scope Components
Provided full operational technology network design and procurement. All servers and clients were virtualized and redundant, and we delivered antivirus, firmware updates, and patch management services.
Installed our I-Control system which provides track and trace capabilities along with lot tracking, reporting, recipe management, and deep integration with all supplied equipment.
Provided the facility with 24-hour support for automation, networking, and OT infrastructure.
