Interstates performed electrical construction for a cheese manufacturing facility for Southwest Cheese Company. Interstates work was performed in and around an active production plant. We were able to meet the deadlines of this company’s growing production demands.

This installation included the addition of cheese process lines, cheese towers, packaging, storage expansions, additional dryer, and raw milk receiving bay additions.

Interstates also installed several special systems, phone and paging, and fiber networking.
