Let’s Talk Projects: What is a Start-Up Coordinator?


To help with large, complex start-up projects, we recently developed the Start-Up Coordinator role. With this role as part of a project, we can better coordinate the moving parts so the project can remain on schedule. As a Start-Up Coordinator, the individual is responsible for monitoring critical deliverables to a project, generating a report each day to update the team on the project, and meeting 2-4 weeks to review the project plan with the team.
