LCI Lean and Safety Webinar

As part of a recent Lean Construction Institute (LCI) Corporate Member Photo Campaign, we were selected to present the Lean and Safety webinar on Tuesday, May 4, from 10:00 AM–11:00 PM CT. Join Ian Seuser, Director of Safety, and Jeremy Oliver, Quality Assurance Developer, as they present on “How Lean Methods Can Improve Safety.” In this presentation, we will share about our safety program and how we’ve implemented lean methods into our everyday processes and procedures, leading to better or more favorable safety outcomes.
We will also discuss the three-legged stool concept, which includes safety, quality and productivity. Together, these three “legs” of the stool work hand-in-hand and contribute to how our teams approach lean on our projects.
Finally, we will share the lean methods we submitted to the #LeanandSafety2021 LCI Corporate Member Photo Campaign, including the safety improvement and benefits of each method. These methods include:
