Interstates provided several key solutions on the Ardent Mills flour mill, including operational technology, control engineering and programming, power engineering, construction, automation, and instrumentation. Ardent Mills was looking to improve product quality and maximize equipment and employee efficiency, all through automation and data collection. Ultimately, we collected and acted on approximately 20,000 data points to help them run smarter and leaner.

Key Scope Components
Worked closely with Ardent Mills IT to ensure the network could handle all the interconnected and plant floor devices.
Installed our I-Control software, which provides track and trace capabilities along with lot tracking, reporting, recipe management, and deep integration with all supplied equipment.
Provided analytics solutions that will enable them to predict failures and ensure the quality of their product through data collection.
