An Incredible Day with Midwest Honor Flight

Midwest Honor Flight Network is a non-profit organization that coordinates impactful events for veterans. The organization transports groups of veterans to Washington, D.C. to visit their memorials and coordinates a large welcome party upon their return. The events serve as a way to honor and thank America’s veterans for all their service and sacrifice.

Interstates donated $7,500 to honor the 75th anniversary of D-Day in support of the organization’s mission. We are proud to support Midwest Honor Flight as many members of the Interstates family have ties to the military. In addition to our donation, earlier this year, two Interstates employees were able to join two veterans on a flight. We sat down with them and asked about the experience – here is what we learned.
