Last week Interstates Project Management gathered in Sioux Falls for a 3-day event focused on professional growth. During their time together, the group concentrated on leadership, collaboration and instilling a culture of safety. They also spent time doing teambuilding exercises and assembling bikes that were donated to The Boys and Girls Club of Sioux Falls.
This event also provided an opportunity to recognize the hard work of our employees. Some of the individuals recognized this year were:
• Project Coordinator of the Year - Steven Janes, Project Coordinator, National Traveling
• Client Advocacy Award - Ernie Brady, Sr. Project Manager, Cincinnati Regional Office
• People Development Award - Nick Wathier, Sr. Project Manager, Rocky Mountain Regional Office
Wayne McDaniel was also recognized for his 45+ years of service and dedication to his clients and support and encouragement of his coworkers. We are so grateful for his leadership and steadfast commitment to the Interstates family.
