It’s the Most Wonder(stress)ful Time of the Year
The holiday season is full of twinkling lights, cheery music, and warm beverages. Most enjoy this time of year, yet the holidays can cause additional stress. Especially if you gather with large numbers of extended family or have multiple holiday festivities to attend. One way to combat the chaos is to develop a sense of gratitude. When we practice being thankful, it is easier to keep life in perspective and alleviate stress.
The Thankful Wall
With the holidays around the corner, our team got into the spirit of the season by creating a Thankful Wall. We asked our employees to choose something they are thankful for and post it on the wall. Our Thankful Wall is made up of a variety of blessings that help remind us there is always something to be thankful for – even when you run out of scotch tape and have one more gift to wrap.
What are you thankful for and how do you cultivate gratitude in your daily life?
