Construction hosts strategic planning event

On June 1st and 2nd, the Interstates Construction leadership team spent time working through the strategic goals for the next year. After spending several hours together dialoguing about what has been accomplished in the past year and thinking strategically about the direction and goals to shoot for in the next year….it was time to blow off some steam, cut loose, and have a little friendly competition!

It was fun to see everyone’s competitive side peek through as the team took several rounds at the local go-kart track in Sioux Falls! The group was even able to go a few laps before being instructed that “rubbing is racing” is only for the movies.
