Interstates is hosting a group of Sioux Center High School students who are participating in their Center for Advanced Professional Studies (CAPS) program. CAPS is a nationally recognized, innovative high school program that enables students to fast forward their future by being fully immersed in a professional culture, solving real-world problems, using industry-standard tools, and being mentored by actual employers. Interstates has been assisting with a variety of areas of the program including facilitating DiSC training and Scrum training.
