Our intent is to proactively identify open items or out layers and offer solutions and answers as these issues arise. Specifically utilizing web based collaboration software we can keep our clients in the loop 24-7.
Agile Construction Methods
Our project delivery team uses Agile methods (similar to Lean) to provide clients with the greatest productivity possible.
This includes offering the smallest on-site footprint as possible with the use of supply chain management skills that leverage offsite material staging and Just in time (JIT) material delivery. We maximize value provided to our clients by eliminating non value added activities.
Coupled with our standard project controls, InterTrak is our internal tool to track and collaborate all electrical components of an industrial project from design through startup.
During construction, all electrical components are tracked to provide updates on which items have been piped, wired, terminated, and checked out.
