Interstates Control Systems offers a number of support service plans designed to meet your specific needs.

Our control systems professionals are capable of supporting most hardware and software platforms currently on the market.

This includes support for systems that we have designed and installed as well as systems that were designed and installed by others.


General Support Plans

Level I

Annual Fee
None

Coverage & Hourly Fee
8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST
Current T&M rates with 1 hour minimum.
Calls are taken in the order in which they are received.

Scheduled after-hours technical support (On or Offsite) with a 2 hour minimum charge.

Scheduled holiday or weekend technical support (On or Offsite) with a 2 hour minimum charge.


Level II

Annual Fee
Please contact us to request current pricing.

Coverage & Hourly Fee
24x7 access to support technician with a 30 minute response time.
Regular rates will be charged with a 1 hour minimum for after-hours calls.

Optional on-site services for changes, upgrades or diagnostic services are available.


Level III

Annual Fee
Please contact us to request current pricing.

Coverage & Hourly Fee
24 x 7 access to support technician with a 30 minute response time.
No per hour charges.
This support plan is intended to cover support system related issues that can be covered by WAN or dial up connection.

Optional on-site services for changes, upgrades or diagnostic services are available.

(This plan is currently available only for systems implemented by Interstates Control Systems.)

Dedicated technical support services delivered from our offices in Sioux Center via WAN or dial up, plus optional on-site visits, OS upgrades, hardware upgrades, etc.
