We are excited that you are interested in becoming part of the Interstates team!
Here is what you can expect throughout the application process.
If you do not see a current opening that suits you, you may still submit your application. Choose “Other Opportunities” and your resume will be reviewed as future opportunities arise.
When we receive your online application, we will begin a pre-screening process.
If you are identified as a good match for a current opening, a member of the recruiting team will initiate steps to learn more about you, your qualifications and your interest in the position.
This process may include pre-screen questionnaires and phone interviews.
If you are selected to move to the next level of consideration based on your qualifications, you will be invited to an onsite interview.
During the onsite interview, you will meet with the hiring manager and other team members.
